This is the 10th and final volume of the original series of Patlabor Television series (though there was an OVA that takes place later). This is such a great show, really a Hill Street Blues about cops that pilot giant robots called Patlabor’s and cause huge amounts of destruction in their wake. Such an amazing show which such great, well drawn out characters that it is really a joy to watch.

This time around we have Noa, the young female pilot of the number 1 ingram she has named Alphonse, must go and test pilot a possible replacement version of the ingram in a cheaper model, but she is able to easily defeat it. Then we have a small town creating a fake dinosaur with sea labors, that they must deal with. 2 Terrorists in a hotel, who seem to be more danger to themselves than to others are the next, and finally 3 men out committing crimes, like past crimes robbing money with labors.

A show that goes out like it came in, just with more character building, and none of the deep story-line that happened in some of the discs of this show.

I highly recommend this show and especially the 2 Patlabor movies.
