It is so strange how I can watch old sitcoms, but really can’t seem to get into too many new ones, though THE OFFICE and MY NAME IS EARL may have changed that, but really I can watch M*A*S*H and TAXI all the time. This continues the 4077′s antics, though not the most memorable of all seasons, still enjoyable to watch.

We see Cpl. Max Klinger (Jamie Farr) attempt to re-enlist in the army after Lavern breaks his heart again by marrying his best friend, but Col. Potter (Harry Morgan) and Hawkeye (Alan Alda) put a stop to it. We see Maj. Charles Emerson Winchester III (David Ogden Stiers) attempt to get in the good graces fo the Colonel that exciled him to the 4077 for a gambling debt. We see Hawkeye plan an anniversary party for his best friend B.J. Hunnicut (Mike Farrell). We see Colonal Potter having high blood pressure and almost losing his command. We see Hawkeye lose it again and this time have hysterical allergies brought on by old memories that only the Psychiatrist Sidney Freedman can cure. And we see Hawkeye wrestle with his emotions when he has to tell a young soldier he has incurable cancer (a young Patrick Swayze).
