Jim Henson’s Fraggle Rock Complete Second Season (1981)
3 December 2006The show really hit it’s stride here. And we get to have some serious fun with the fraggles this time. What a great show. I am so happy that they are doing a movie of these guys now.
Some of the more enjoyable things of this season include delving into the world of the Doozers with Cotterpin and her family and friends. The short return of Uncle Traveling Matt and more interaction with the silly people from out of space.

This also includes some great documentaries with a very sad tribute to the recently passed away Jerry Juhl, who was the writer behind Fraggle Rock and the muppets as well as Fraggle Rock, and also the voice of Gobo Fraggle. Another part of the creative force behind the muppetts and a sad loss.
We also see documentaries on Doc in all his itinerations from around the world as well as on Traveling Matt and his segments from around his world, including many segments in English from around the world that had previously not been seen in the US.
I highly recommend this show for everyone with children and everyone with a child inside that refuses to grow up. This show is as good as the Muppet Show, but has more meaning with lessons taught and learned in each episode.
